About the ride (Aprox. 8 Hours)
Your ride will begin with your pick up by your English-speaking driver from your accommodation in Athens. Throughout the day your driver will assist you enjoy your trip sharing with you his local knowledge as well as personal recommendations in each area .and a 180 km journey to Delphi - the center of the mythical ancient world will start.
About 3 hours drive later you will arrive at the world-famous Delphi. According to Greek Mythology, it was the center of the world. Delphi was a sanctuary dedicated to Apollo, where you have the chance to visit his temple. With The Castalia Spring, the Great Ancient Theater and Tholos. Next stop will be at the Delphi Archaeological Museum, where you can learn more about the amazing history of the area..
Then you may enjoy a traditional Greek lunch in Mount Parnassos where you will have an authentic experience of local dishes and delicacies. After your meal you can extend your tour to visit the picturesque mount village of Arachova, 968m above sea level. This lovely village situated on the slope of Mount Parnassos gives you the chance to enjoy an outstanding view of the valley and have a relaxed stroll shopping in several local shops. Or as a second option is to visit the Monastery of Hosios Loukas, an amazing Byzantine church with unique paintings of philosophers who lived centuries before Christianity painted as saints and also listed on UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites.
Your tour will end returning to Athens along the same relaxing route, and your driver for the day will drive you back at your hotel or apartment.

• Your drivers will gladly provide you with their local knowledge and personal tips and recommendations during the trip. But as your safety is top priority, please refrain from distracting the driver during demanding and hard driving conditions
• Your drivers will always drop you off and pick you up the closest to your stop respecting the local traffic code and rules.
